With our constant stream of tool repairs and dedicated in-house tool fitter, there is no Makita tool we haven’t seen before. How does it work?

It’s simple to book your Makita tools in for repair:

1. Just give us a call on the number above or drop them into our workshop in Watford.
2. Then we will diagnose the faults and assess the work that needs to be done, and provide you with an estimate of the cost to bring your tools back to life, and a timeframe.
3. If you’re happy to go ahead, our team will get to work repairing your machine from our existing stock of Makita spares. If we don’t have a spare part we will order them direct from Makita for a fast next day service.
4. Then we will test your machinery extensively to ensure the problem is resolved, we’ll clean them off and give you a call to let you know that they’re complete.

What if you’re not based near us?

If you’re not based within driving distance of our workshop don’t worry, we can arrange for collection and delivery of your machinery. How does it work?

1. Call us on 01923 230 303 and let us know how many tools you have for repair.
2. We will calculate the collection and delivery costs and let you know the earliest collection date.
3. You secure your tools onto a pallet or other form of shipping container, and let our couriers bring your tools to us.
4. Once with us we will assess the workload and call you with an estimated cost for diagnosis and repairs, including spare parts.
5. We get to work repairing your batch of tools and prepare them for delivery back to you.
6. We will let you know when your tools are finished and will ship them back to you as soon as final payment is made.
7. If any of your tools were non-repairable, or cost more than they are worth to repair, we can offer you a cash price for your tools based on our scrappage scheme. This way, you’re never out of pocket even for the collection and delivery of your tools as we will give you cash for your non-repaiable tools.
