 What are your opening times?

A.

 We’re here to help you from 7.30am until 5.30pm Monday to Friday 8.00am until 4.00pm Saturday

Q.

 What if i’m a first time customer?

A.

 If you’re using us for the first time, we’ll just need some photo ID drivers licence or passport and your credit or debit card details and you’re ready to hire.

 What payment methods do you accept?

A.

 We’re happy with cash, cheque, BACS payments and all major credit cards.

Q.

 How quickly can I set up an account?

A.

 All it takes is to fill in an account application form and as soon as its processed, we can have your account up and running within a matter of hours but normally by the next working day

 I want to hire plant/equipment but I’m not sure what I need?

A.

 Just give us a call – it’s what we’re here for. We’ve got tonnes of experience to help you find what you need, We’re always happy to help.

 Can you give me specifications for your plant and equipment?

A.

 Specifications is available for all the plant and equipment listed on this website, but if you need any more information, just give us a call.

Q.

 Can you give me a demonstration of how to use the equipment?

A.

 We’re always happy to show you how our equipment works and we find that this really helps our customers get the best results and saves time in the long run.

 How quickly can you supply the plant/equipment I need?

A.

 If you can’t come to the depot, give us a call and we’ll usually be able to get you what you need the same day or the next at the very latest

Q.

 Do I need to pay a deposit and/or provide identification?

A.

 Yes, you’ll need to pay a deposit and you may need to provide photo ID if you’re not already a regular cash customer.

 How can I be sure the plant I’m hiring is in good working order?

A.

 We maintain and test all of our plant and equipment to the highest standards after every hire – it’s one of the things we do to keep our customers coming back time and time again.

Q.

 What happens if my hire equipment breaks down, is damaged or stolen?

A.

 Let us know as soon as possible and we’ll do everything we can to replace it for you.

 Do you provide health and safety guidance?

A.

 All of our equipment comes with the relevant safety equipment and demonstration on how it works.

Q.

 Is there parking at the depot?

A.

 There’s ample parking at our depot to help you load up if you’re collecting your hire equipment.

Q.

 Where do you deliver?

A.

 We usually deliver anywhere within a 15 mile radius of our Watford depot, including in London north of the Thames and surrounding counties, but give us a call if you’re further afield and we’ll see what we can do.
